DanceNEPA End User License and Services Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Thank you for selecting the Services offered by DanceNEPA.com (referred to as "DanceNEPA", "we", "our", or "us"). Review these terms thoroughly. This is a legal agreement between you and DanceNEPA. By checking "I Agree" you accept these terms.

1. Your Rights to Use the Services

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DanceNEPA event submission services for the duration of your active subscription. DanceNEPA reserves all other rights. One account per band or organization. Account credentials may not be shared.

2. Subscription

The Service is licensed on a yearly subscription basis. Your account becomes active upon receipt and confirmation of payment. Accounts not paid within 14 days of registration may be removed. Upon expiration no new events may be submitted. Existing published events remain visible until their event date passes.

3. Payment

Payments are processed in U.S. dollars via PayPal. No PayPal account is required — you may pay as a guest with any major credit or debit card. DanceNEPA will notify you before your subscription expires. The subscription fee is non-refundable after account activation.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all events submitted under your account. Events must be legitimate dance events open to the public or dance community. You are responsible for the accuracy of all event information you submit. DanceNEPA is not responsible for errors in submitted content.

5. Content Standards

Submitted events must be accurate, legitimate dance events. DanceNEPA reserves the right to remove any event containing misleading information, that is not dance-related, or that violates community standards. Repeated violations may result in account suspension without refund.

6. Data Privacy

DanceNEPA collects your email address, account type, and business name for account management purposes. Payment processing is handled by PayPal — DanceNEPA does not store credit card information. Your personal information is not sold or distributed to third parties. Event information you submit is displayed publicly on DanceNEPA.com.

7. Mobile Device Use

DanceNEPA services may be accessed via mobile devices. You are responsible for any carrier charges or data fees associated with your use of the service.

8. Termination

DanceNEPA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, submit fraudulent events, or fail to maintain payment. Upon termination any outstanding subscription fees remain due.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DanceNEPA does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or errors in event listings.

10. Limitation of Liability

DanceNEPA liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior 12 months. DanceNEPA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to This Agreement

DanceNEPA reserves the right to update this Agreement. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
